Return Policy

All sales are final due to the exclusive nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Exchanges or store credit may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified, including applying discount codes, changing shipping addresses, or altering shipping methods. Each garment undergoes a heavy stone wash to create a vintage effect. Any fading, streaking, or variation is intentional and unique to the piece. Products are made in small batches. Variations between items may occur. Images shown are for reference only. Color appearance may vary based on lighting, photography, and screens.

Promotional discounts apply to new orders only and cannot be added retroactively. All discounted or sale items are final sale and sold as-is. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.

Please refer to the sizing guide in each product description. We do not provide individual sizing recommendations. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size.

If an exchange is approved for a defective item, the product must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging within 7 days. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to determine if a return is acceptable. Return labels are only provided for U.S. addresses.

By placing an order, you agree to all terms stated above. Attempting a chargeback will be treated as a breach of these terms. This policy will serve as proof that you agreed to the terms outlined herein.

 


Cancellation Terms

All sales are final, and cancellations are not permitted for any orders, including both pre-order and on-hand items. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all purchases are considered final at the time of checkout, and modifications to orders cannot be accommodated.

Promotional discounts and codes are valid only for new orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to existing or previous purchases. No price adjustments, refunds, or credits will be issued for promotional offers not applied at the time of purchase.

For pre-order items, products may be labeled as “in stock” to indicate that the pre-order window is open. However, this does not mean that the product is immediately available for shipping. Pre-order items are produced in limited batches based on pre-order quantities and require an estimated production timeline as stated on the product page. These timelines are approximate and subject to change due to the nature of small-batch production. Once a pre-order is placed, production begins immediately, and cancellations or modifications are not possible. Customers are encouraged to review the timeline and product details carefully before completing their purchase.

For on-hand items, which are ready for shipping, cancellations or changes are not permitted after an order is placed. Customers are advised to verify all order details, including shipping information, prior to completing their transaction.

By placing an order, whether for pre-order or on-hand items, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the stated production timelines for pre-order items and the finality of all sales.


Pricing and Promotions

Newsletter Discount Code Policy

Discount codes issued through our newsletter are not applicable to items already discounted, on sale, or to orders that have already been placed. These codes are intended for use on full-priced items only. Please review your order carefully to ensure the discount is applied correctly before completing your purchase.

What is your price match policy?

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items previously purchased that have now become eligible for discounts, as discount codes are only applicable during eligible periods.

Can I apply a promotion to an order I’ve already placed?

Promotions are valid only on new orders during the promotional period.


Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not permitted for any orders, including pre-order and on-hand items. Pre-orders are made based on pre-order quantities, with funds allocated directly to production. This also applies to items purchased on sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What does 'in stock' mean for pre-order items?

Items labeled as "in stock" during a pre-order period indicate that they are available for reservation within the pre-order batch. These items require production before shipping and are not immediately available. Please refer to the stated timeline on the product page for details.

Do you have a store location?

We're currently exclusively operating online.


Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. While we will make every effort to assist, we are unable to replace products that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
