Sizing

Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are measured as the overall width laying down flat. The actual size may vary as many of the products we sell are handmade or hand-finished. Sizes may vary among different production lots of the same item. In some dying processes, fabrics may shrink or expand and it is difficult to exactly control the final size. Please refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description for the best sizing information. We do not provide specific sizing recommendations; it is the customer's responsibility to determine the correct size. 
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our return policy as stated above.

 

Color

Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, it is unavoidable that colors will appear differently for everyone. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different yarns or fabric contents. Colors may vary among different production lots of the same item.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final due to limited quantities, no exceptions. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. No changes can be made once an order is placed. You accept these terms by making a purchase. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact us at info@uuuntld.com.

Please refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description for the best sizing information. We do not provide specific sizing recommendations; it is the customer's responsibility to determine the correct size.

If an exchange is permitted for incorrect or defective items, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging with in 15 days from when the order was shipped. The additional shipping costs are not compensated. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses. Please note that a 35% restocking fee, including the deducted shipping fee for exchanges, will apply to all returned or exchanged items, as well as orders refused or returned as undeliverable.

By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback with your bank will be considered a violation of this agreement. This policy will serve as proof that you agreed to the terms outlined herein.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We process orders on Mondays and Thursdays. If you place an order after Thursday, it will be processed on the next shipping day. Please note that this processing time does not include pre-order items. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer will result in a 35% restocking fee.

Uuuntld is not liable for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact info@uuuntld.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for any updates regarding delays in transit.

All international customers now have the option to pre-pay for any potential duties & taxes upon checkout. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country.

Please note: If you decide not to pre-pay for any duties & taxes upon checkout, we are not liable for these costs. These costs are determined by the destination country's customs agency; therefore, Uuuntld has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

 


Frequently Asked Questions

What is your price match policy?

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items previously purchased that have now become eligible for discounts, as discount codes are only applicable during eligible periods.


Can I return/exchange items I purchased on sale?

No, items purchased during our end-of-season sale are final sale. All final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange, no exceptions.


Do you have a store location?

We're currently exclusively operating online.


Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@uuntld.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
