Return Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method selected. You accept these terms by making a purchase. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact us at info@uuuntld.com
Please refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description for the best sizing information. We do not provide specific sizing recommendations; it is the customer's responsibility to determine the correct size.
If an exchange is permitted for incorrect or defective items, item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging and free of any odors or fragrances with in 15 days from when the order was shipped. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. The additional shipping costs are not compensated. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses. Please note that a 35% restocking fee, including the deducted shipping fee for exchanges, will apply to all returned or exchanged items, as well as orders refused or returned as undeliverable.
By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback with your bank will be considered a violation of this agreement. This policy will serve as proof that you agreed to the terms outlined herein.
Cancellation Terms
All sales are final, and cancellations are not permitted for any orders, including both pre-order and on-hand items. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all purchases are considered final at the time of checkout, and modifications to orders cannot be accommodated.
For pre-order items, products may be labeled as “in stock” to indicate that the pre-order window is open. However, this does not mean that the product is immediately available for shipping. Pre-order items are produced in limited batches based on pre-order quantities and require an estimated production timeline as stated on the product page. These timelines are approximate and subject to change due to the nature of small-batch production. Once a pre-order is placed, production begins immediately, and cancellations or modifications are not possible. Customers are encouraged to review the timeline and product details carefully before completing their purchase.
For on-hand items, which are ready for shipping, cancellations or changes are not permitted after an order is placed. Customers are advised to verify all order details, including shipping information, prior to completing their transaction.
By placing an order, whether for pre-order or on-hand items, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the stated production timelines for pre-order items and the finality of all sales.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Orders are processed on Mondays and Thursdays. Any orders placed after Thursday will be processed on the next shipping day. Processing times do not include pre-order items. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that shipping addresses and shipping methods selected at checkout cannot be modified after the order is placed. Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided will incur a 35% restocking fee.
Shipping Methods and Pre-Order Timelines
The shipping method selected at checkout (e.g., 2-day shipping) determines how your order is shipped once it is ready for dispatch. This does not expedite production timelines for pre-order items or standard processing times. For example, if a pre-order item requires an 8-week production timeline, it will be shipped using the selected method only after the product is completed and ready for shipping. Please carefully review the stated production timelines on product pages before completing your purchase.
Pre-Order Items
Items labeled as "in stock" during a pre-order period indicate that the pre-order window is open, not that the product is immediately available for shipping. These items are produced in limited batches based on pre-order quantities and require the estimated production timeline outlined on the product page (e.g., 6–8 weeks). These timelines are approximate and may vary due to production factors. Uuuntld is not responsible for delays but will provide updates if timelines change. By placing a pre-order, you accept these terms.
Liability for Shipping Issues
Uuuntld is not liable for packages that are delayed, misplaced, stolen, or damaged during transit. If the address provided at checkout matches the shipping destination and the tracking number confirms delivery, Uuuntld is not responsible for the package. Stolen or lost packages are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact info@uuuntld.com for assistance and submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping and Duties
International customers can pre-pay potential duties and taxes at checkout. If you choose not to pre-pay, these costs will be determined and collected by the destination country’s customs agency upon delivery. Uuuntld has no control over these charges. If duties or taxes are not paid by the customer and the shipment is refused, no refunds will be issued for the order.
Damaged/opened box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at info@uuuntld.com.
Sizing
Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are measured as the overall width laying down flat. The actual size may vary as many of the products we sell are handmade or hand-finished. Sizes may vary among different production lots of the same item. In some dying processes, fabrics may shrink or expand and it is difficult to exactly control the final size. Please refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description for the best sizing information. We do not provide specific sizing recommendations; it is the customer's responsibility to determine the correct size. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our return policy as stated above.
Color
Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, it is unavoidable that colors will appear differently for everyone. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different yarns or fabric contents. Colors may vary among different production lots of the same item.
Newsletter Discount Code Policy
Discount codes issued through our newsletter are not applicable to items already discounted or on sale. These codes are intended for use on full-priced items only. Please review your order carefully to ensure the discount is applied correctly before completing your purchase.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items previously purchased that have now become eligible for discounts, as discount codes are only applicable during eligible periods.

We're currently exclusively operating online.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@uuuntld.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. While we will make every effort to assist, we are unable to replace products that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
