Sizing
Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are measured as the overall width laying down flat. The actual size may vary as many of the products we sell are hand made or hand finished. Sizes may vary among different production lots of the same item. In some dying processes, fabrics may shrink or expand and it is difficult to exactly control the final size.
Color
Due to variations of color settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, it is unavoidable that colors will appear differently for everyone. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different yarns or fabric contents. Colors may vary among different production lots of the same item.
Returns
All sales are final due to limited quantities. There will be no refund, exchanges, or cancellations. No changes can be made once an order is placed. You accept these terms by making a purchase. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact us at info@uuuntld.com.
By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback with your bank will be considered a violation of this agreement. This policy will serve as proof that you agreed to the terms outlined here.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We process orders on Mondays and Thursdays. If you place an order after Thursday, it will be processed on the next shipping day. Please note that this processing time does not include pre-order items. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
